The tuition and fee rates are set by the MPCC Board of Governors. The Board reserves the right to change the schedule of tuition, fees, and refunds without notice. Tuition and fees are expected to be paid at the time of registration. Proof of eligibility for Financial Aid shall be considered the same as payment. No person may enroll in classes, attend classes, take examinations or enroll for the succeeding semester until all tuition, fees or other financial obligations to the college have been paid. Grade reports, transcripts, and other services will be withheld until all balances owed to the College are paid in full.
